Overview
If you're reading this, we presume you're either a potential client or someone who's been in contact with us regarding our services. So, it's safe to say that you're either already aware of us, or at least have heard of us. Otherwise, we would certainly not have been in contact with you!
Our company is simply called SalesAndExportConsultancy, or S.E.C for short. We provide sales and marketing strategies to businesses across the UK, and we also export a lot of fruit and vegetables to countries across the African continent. We're a fairly large company, employing over 40 people, and have been operating for over 15 years. We currently have over 150 customers, and growing. Not bad for a company our size!
We provide a variety of services, including marketing and sales support, growth strategy, and account management. So, if you're looking for a one-stop-shop for all your sales and marketing needs, then we're the company for you!
Specialties
We're very proud of the fact that we're very specialised. The majority of our work comes from repeat and referred business, which is always a good sign that you're providing good value for your customers. On the other hand, we monitor customer feedback carefully, and regularly improve our services to ensure that we're meeting their needs. This makes us unique, as most consultancies have to take on clients who are looking to expand their reach to new markets. Especially in today's world, with so much competition, it's essential that you find a way to stand out from the crowd.
We only take on large businesses, typically between 3 and 15 million GBP in annual turnover, and we focus on growing them. We believe in providing a personal touch, and taking the time to listen to our customers and work out what they really want. It's not always easy to find the right person to approach when you're looking to expand your business, and we like to think that our approach works because our customers keep coming back.
Services
We provide a variety of services, but typically, our customers want a bit of everything. Typically, they'll want help with marketing, looking into new markets and finding new opportunities. They'll want help with structuring their supply chains, or perhaps they're looking to reduce their labour costs. We work with our customers to find the right solution, and then implement it.
Usually, our customers want to see growth, but they don't always want to go down a specific route, like selling a million pairs of shoes, or cleaning products. We pride ourselves on being an all-rounder, and being able to provide a solution to whatever their problem is.
We like to think that our customers can't help but keep coming back to us, as we consistently improve our performance, while offering great value for money.
Client Focus
In case you're wondering, we don't provide any form of legal services, or financial advice. Those are still carried out by separate companies. However, we are very committed to our clients and their requirements. Sometimes that means we have to say no to new business, in order to maintain a good relationship with our existing customers. We believe that this is only fair, as we've worked hard to maintain a good reputation, and we don't want to jeopardise that by taking on too many new clients.
To date, we've had over 150 clients, and currently, our client retention rate is around 80%. Why is that? It's because we provide a personal service, and because we're always there to back up our clients. When you're talking to a company that's been in operation for over 15 years, you know that they're going to be around if you need them.
